More art and creativity for São Paulo

0

August 2016 will see the inauguration of the Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas (EBAC – British School of Creative Arts) in São Paulo. With the aim of providing more opportunities for creatives and art lovers alike, the school will offer free technical courses like Graphic Design, Illustration, Digital Art Direction and some that are new to Brazil, like “Architectural Visualisation” (visualisation of architectural projects) and “Mobile Application Design” (development of apps for mobile devices). The school will also offer full graduation courses, 100% in English..

The selection process for the free technical courses is already underway, whereas the process for the graduation courses will follow the British modus operandi, requiring students to submit their application based on their educational background, and then partake in subsequent interviews (both parents and students). As an extra incentive the school also plans to introduce a scholarship programme, not only to help students with tuition fees, but also with materials and any other relocation costs involved. This is a fantastic opportunity for students given that the qualifications are also fully recognised in Europe and the USA.
