The beach shack style Brazilian Restaurant and Cocktail bar had been run by Renato Paziam, originally from São Paulo and a self-labelled ‘ambassador for Brazilians in London. He has been the face and soul for Made In Brasil for many years and makes the venue to be the home away from home for many Brazilians living in London, or travelling in Europe.

The cocktail list includes of all the Classics and various variations of the well-known lime Caipirinha ranging from Chilli Raspberry Caipirinha, Passion fruit Caipirinha to the more unusual Açai Caipirinha using Brazilian super fruit from Amazon rainforest…the healthier option, as its full of vitamins and natural energy.

Renato’s personal collection of more than 250 different Cachaça’s from all around Brasil is a gem for Cachaça lovers and everyone is welcome to try some from the selection available for tasting.

Tasty Homemade food of Brazilian classics such as Feijoada (slow cooked black bean and pork meat stew), Picanha na chapa- famous cut of rump steak, or coconut and seafood stew – Moqueca are the few of many to be mentioned. Or if you are up to nibble only, you must try some from our street food selection of Brazilian tapas- Coxinhas- chicken pastry or Camarão Alho e Óleo – garlic & chilli prawns.

Made in Brasil was the winner of the title “London’s Best Caipirinha” in the London Caipirinha Festival in 2017!
