Es un pastel que tiene una consistencia el\u00e1stica debido a la propiedad pegajosa del almid\u00f3n de yuca. Tambi\u00e9n elaborado con coco fresco, es una excelente opci\u00f3n para acompa\u00f1ar un hermoso caf\u00e9 italiano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La receta es s\u00faper pr\u00e1ctica y deliciosa. Si quieres conocer m\u00e1s recetas o tienes alguna duda, b\u00fascame en Instagram @lucianaberry.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 kg de yuca cruda y pelada<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250 g de coco reci\u00e9n rallado (si no lo encuentra, use deshidratado)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 huevos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">375 g de az\u00facar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 ml de leche de coco<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 ml de leche fresca<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g de mantequilla sin sal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 pizca de sal<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Modo de preparo<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Precalienta el horno a 180\u00baC.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo puedes hacer con yuca congelada, la que viene ya pelada. Dejar descongelar y e solo rallar o batir el procesador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agrega la mantequilla y el az\u00facar y bate en el procesador. Coloca los huevos y bate un poco m\u00e1s. Luego agregue la leche de coco y la leche fresca y vuelva a batir. Finalmente, agregue el coco fresco y la sal. La masa debe quedar blanda. Es as\u00ed mismo.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colocar en una fuente de horno rectangular antiadherente, engrasada con abundante mantequilla.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hornee por un promedio de 40 minutos. Es dif\u00edcil hablar del tiempo exacto porque cada horno es diferente, as\u00ed que haz la prueba del palillo y cuando salga casi limpio est\u00e1 listo.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ponle encima az\u00facar cristal y, si tienes un soplete, qu\u00e9malo.
