La creaci\u00f3n centenaria se origin\u00f3 en el Caf\u00e9 Casoni, en Florencia, cuando un cliente, Camillo Negroni, pidi\u00f3 sustituir gaseosa por ginebra. Desde entonces, el c\u00f3ctel ha ganado el mundo. En 2020 ocup\u00f3 la segunda posici\u00f3n entre los c\u00f3cteles m\u00e1s vendidos seg\u00fan Drinks International. Por eso a este famoso c\u00f3ctel italiano, \u00a1agreguemos un toque brasile\u00f1o!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Originalmente, el cl\u00e1sico usa tres partes iguales de ginebra, verm\u00fa y Campari. En esta receta agregaremos nuestra famosa cacha\u00e7a, esta vez a\u00f1ejada en amburana, una madera nativa de Brasil, para darle un toque dulce y amaderado \u00fanico. La idea es traer al Negroni un agradable y nuevo sabor brasile\u00f1o sin perder la esencia original del c\u00f3ctel, pero agregando complejidad.
