Para alguns, \u00e9 um prato a base de quiabo e camar\u00f5es secos, uma oferenda que se faz a Xang\u00f4, a divindade suprema do Candombl\u00e9, uma religi\u00e3o originada na Bahia na \u00e9poca da escravid\u00e3o.
