Deixe dourar por uns 3 minutos. Coloque a cebola, piment\u00e3o e tomate. Refogue por 5 minutos.\u00a0Coloque o coentro, o sal, a\u00a0pimenta-do-reino\u00a0e o leite de coco. Cubra com uma tampa e cozinhe por 3 minutos. Junte o dend\u00ea e cozinhe por mais 2 minutos. Bata essa moqueca no liquidificador com 1 copo da \u00e1gua do cozimento do aipim.
