Events Promotion – RSVP Services
One of our most popular services is our “RSVP service” to promote events! You can have a fantastic location and venue for your event; you can serve the best wines and food; but no one wants to be either organising or attending a poorly supported event where there are few, or worse still, no guests to enjoy it. Experience has shown just sending thousands of emails to invite people to your event often gives very little return, our RSVP service will avoid that happening.
We work with the latest available databases of contacts for any particular industry calling each contact individually to invite and explain the finer details of the event we are promoting. In this way we can ensure that not only the adequate number of guests will attend your event, but more importantly the quality of the guests is relevant to match your requirements.
Festivals
Bossa Brazil specialises in open air festivals. We are the official organisers of the London Bossa Nova Festival, the London Caipirinha Festival, VBRATA Visit Brazil Travel Association road shows and events for the travel trade and many others corporate and private.
