WESLEY SAFADÃO

One of today’s most popular Brazilian music acts is bringing his unique mix of forró and pop to London for the very first time. Originally from Fortaleza, in recent years the singer has won legions of fans from all over Brazil and is now setting his sights on an international career. A show that promises to get everyone on their feet and dancing along to his catchy hits, like “Camarote” and “Aquele 1%”.

Born in Minas Gerais and raised in Goiás, the singer grew up listening to sertanejo (country music) and now thrills thousands of fans with his upbeat sound and seductive lyrics. With some of his songs amongst the most played in Brazil, he has taken the sertanejo universitário genre beyond national borders and today is popular in several other countries, such as France and Poland. A show to shake off the end of winter in the UK.

Aline began her music career in 2009 and her first album, “Batucada Canção”, was dubbed a “Revelation” by Rolling Stone magazine in 2015. Aline will perform songs from the album in London having toured Brazil and Portugal in 2016. Accompanied by André Siqueira on guitar and Marcos Suzano on drums, the concert is a great acclaim to the musical and cultural diversity of Brazil. Simply unmissable!
