This panel’s vote will carry an equal weighting to the public vote, 50% each. The final results will be collated by the festival organisers and announced on 31 July.
“The London Caip Fest is the largest celebration of Brazilian culture of its kind and puts one of the world’s most cherished cocktails, the cairpirinha, centre stage. This year, in addition to the festival in London, we also staged the Brasil Caip Fest Madrid 2018, hence helping to promote the caipirinha, cachaça, and Brazilian gastronomy across Europe,” said Glauco Chris Fuzinatto, creator of the festival.
