Brazilian Chefs Luciana Berry and Flavio Amaral will be representing and promoting Brazilian gastronomy.
Luciana was born in Brazil, in the city of Salvador in the state of Bahia. She grew up in a traditional South American family who share their passion for food and for life. Frequent gatherings of family and friends at home more often than not involve vast amounts of cooking and eating which is where Luciana’s interest in food first started. Flavio Amaral was born in Minas Gerais, a Brazilian state well-known for home-cooked food. He has lived
also in Rio de Janeiro and moved to the United Kingdom 14 years ago. From pub kitchens to Embassies, Flavio has developed his passion for cooking. in 2016, Flavio launched the first edition of the Brazilian Taste Gastro Show Festival, a showcase of Brazilian cuisine that put together passionate Brazilian chefs with different backgrounds.
