0

Rare and collectable objects from Black Sabbath illustrious career are to be auctioned off in Sheffield, England.

The band fans will be able to bid for items such as photographs, posters, flyers, letters and even a few pieces from the group’s formative years, when they still went by the name of Earth.

One of the standout objects is a card, sent by Ozzy to his parents after the band had recently arrived in France. Aside from the touching messages to his family, Ozzy mentions that the French don’t seem to be particularly impressed with the band’s long hair!

The auction date is set for 30 September, and will feature personal memorabilia from other huge bands such as Iron Maiden, Metallica and Aerosmith.
