The world-famous Greenwich Observatory presents an exhibition of the year’s best astronomy photographs.
Magical images of the heavens, with their distant stars and galaxies, were selected from 4,500 entries from 80 countries. This initial batch was whittled down to 140 finalists, with 31 winners chosen to have their images showcased in the Observatory, with free entry to the public.
