One of MPB’s (Brazilian Popular Music) most prestigious performers will be in London for an unmissable show, as part of the tour to promote her new album “Guelã”.

Maria Gadú is a singer-songwriter/guitarist who has been nominated twice for the Latin Grammy Awards. She has been a musician practically her whole life, at least from the age of 7, when she used to write and record songs on cassette tapes.

Gadú is heavily influenced by MPB, having performed on stage with Caetano Veloso, in addition to stamping her style on popular classics such as “Shimbalaiê”, “Leãozinho” and “Like a Rose”.
