Caipirinha de Abacaxi com Gengibre

Ingredientes

1 dose de cachaça

1 fatia grossa de abacaxi, cortada em cubos

1 colher (sopa) de açúcar

1 fatia fina de gengibre com casca

Folhas de hortelã a gosto

1 ramo de hortelã (pequeno, para decoração)

30 ml de xarope de laranja

 

Modo de Preparo: Em um copo, coloque o abacaxi cortado, o gengibre fatiado, o açúcar e as folhas de hortelã. Macere, acrescente a cachaça, complete o copo com gelo, e finalize com o xarope de laranja. Decore o drinque com o ramo de hortelã.
